Fees and Insurance
1) What are your fees?
The usual cost for a 45-minute session is $175.
Payment is by check or cash.
2) Do you take insurance?
I am currently an in-network provider for the following plans and accept Medicare payments:
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts
Health Resource
United Healthcare
United Behavioral Health
Wellpoint
Carelon Behavioral Health
Health Plans Inc.
Tufts
Havard Pilgrim
Aetna Life Insurance Company
Clients who have insurance in-network, will have to pay any deductible (if applicable) and their co-pay at time of visit. Regardless of whether I am in or out of your network, you (not your insurance company) are responsible for full payment of my fees.
3) What if I have to cancel?
If you are not able to make your scheduled appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
